It has a lot of small south facing parcels, majority planted of Hrslevel and Furmint, at an average age of 50 years. Royal Tokaji owned some parcels on this location, now managed by small producers. Soil type: rich clay, layers of rhyolite and andesite with good water manage. The dry and warm summer was
