The blade of the sickle is made of metal crafted to look like a sharpened edge (not sharp) and is hammered into a wooden handle. The handle has two metal caps on each end and the grip part is decorated with shards of abalone shell. The chain is long with a weighted ball on the end for momentum when swinging and throwing.
